Online Yoga classes to suit your needs
Ignite your Practice is a 3 day a week practice that was born from my desire to give my students a well balanced curriculum that would allow them to build strength, expand their knowledge of cues and poses, give them the experience and fluidity of a flow class and a well deserved rest of a restorative class. This syllabus usually spans over three days and looks like this:
Monday is a strength practice where we hold poses longer while integrating alignment cues in order to build strength in each pose. This results in a stronger body over time.
Wednesday is a Form class which explores cues, actions and the breakdown of poses that heightens our understanding and inner awareness of each pose.
Friday is a Recovery Flow class which uses the breath to guide and lead you from pose to pose. The flow gives us an opportunity to revisit some of the poses that have been explored in the past and to feel very supported through deep knowledge and strength cultivated from previous classes. We end that class with either a restorative or yin pose.
All classes can be practiced live or via recordings in the comfort of your own home!

I began my yoga journey in 2006 and little did I know it would transform me on so many levels!
I became a yoga teacher in 2012 and am extremely delighted to be sharing my passion with you.
Although I am a yoga teacher, I will forever be a yoga student and continue to learn and explore many venues of the practice.
Most of my teaching is based in an alignment approach which combines strength and flexibility to improve overall range of motion.
By organizing and activating the fascial lines of the body with simple sets of cues, you are able to put in the right effort to challenge the body safely to create stability and strength which allows you to move skillfully on and off the mat!
Kelly’s breakdown of poses and her attention to stretch and strength in a pose was an ‘aha’ moment for me. Her awareness and mindfulness to different levels of fitness and flexibility make the availability of poses attainable for many, giving various options. Her alignment cues in every pose has been extremely helpful! Some poses that were not available to me when I started, have overtime moved in to the full expression of the pose, and it snuck up on me!!!You are not aware through her instruction and prepared classes, that all the poses big and small, are freeing your whole body, and all of a sudden you are in a pose that only weeks previous you were not able. Her encouragement and passion for a healthy body and mind shines bright in her class!! I was not excited about doing yoga online, however, Kelly has mastered the ability of making it feel like she is in the room with you throughout your class!! I love it now! I would highly recommend any with some knowledge of yoga to sign up! The changes in my body have been remarkable!!

Kelly is the perfect online yoga teacher. Her cues are so precise and detailed that you always know exactly where to put each part of your body. Since starting with Kelly in March 2020, I now practice five times a week and have discovered I can get deeper into poses I had thought were impossible for me. Kelly has gotten me through two lockdowns - her yoga is every bit as good for the mental health as for the physical. Highly recommend!
