Let me introduce you to the "full meal deal" of yoga. This complete syllabus is well crafted to take you on a yoga journey like no other.
Mondays are focused on building strength by holding poses for 12 -15 breaths unlike a flow class that usually takes the student from pose to pose through one to five breaths.
Wednesday classes take you through a flow leading towards a peak pose from the ground up using cues to instruct proper alignment within the poses. This expands your knowledge of poses and what is required to keep you safe while increasing your range of motion.
Friday is a recovery flow class that explores a variety of poses that will leave you energized from head to toe then we balance that out with
a restorative or yin pose which sets you up to end your week with the right mindset. This 3 day a week syllabus is the perfect combo of classes that will take your yoga practice to new heights, re-igniting your inner fire!

Kelly Bursey became a yoga teacher in 2012 but foremost she is a student of yoga since 2003.
She endeavours to offer a safe yoga practice for her students by incorporating strong actions cues to not only keep her students safe but to allow them to organically become stronger as they improve their range of motion.
She is also an integrative nutrition health coach and strongly believes in the healing powers of food .
By combining the right foods and keeping the body strong, you create homeostasis in the body and in the mind.
